Shipping policy

Free 3–5 Business Day U.S. Ground Shipping
All orders placed on ApexVolt™ include FREE insured standard ground shipping with tracking across the contiguous United States.

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from dispatch depending on destination state.
• Regional U.S. Fulfillment: To ensure fast 2–4 day delivery during high winter and holiday demand, orders are dispatched directly from the closest regional U.S. fulfillment center or authorized retail distribution partner with active stock—meaning multi-unit bundles may occasionally arrive in separate packages on the same or consecutive days.
• Shipping Restrictions (Lithium Battery Ground Regulation): Because our 5000A Jump Starter & Inflator contains a high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack regulated under DOT ground-transport rules, we currently ship strictly to street addresses within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States. We cannot ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.
